What areas of the country are your services available in?
We can service practices anywhere in the continental United States. We started on the East Coast in the New York area but are expanding rapidly.
How does the billing for services work?
We work under a collaborative business agreement with your practice or your organization. We provide services under your direction and compliantly generate revenue under your NPI. After you have been paid we charge a flat fee for our services. We perform the billing on your behalf and deliver the paid claims directly into your bank account.
What is the patient experience like?
We are essentially working for you and your practice. We perform all of our services on your behalf. Our PharmD team is focused on improving patient outcomes and building relationships that lead to better care and better quality of life. We don't fill prescriptions so we have no interest in driving prescription volume only in helping patients thrive.
How do you engage my patients?
Patients are engaged in office or through our TelePractice solution.
We work with you to develop lists of patients that need our assistance. After that we perform the outreach to engage the patient in improving their health. We execute the patient encounters, create the Careplans for your approval, and send updates to your EMR.
How much of a burden does it put on my staff to begin working with you?
None , we do all of the work on the patient encounters. We perform the outreach, schedule the encounters, submit the Careplan to your physician and perform the billing. Typically, we make your life easier not more difficult. Our goal is to reduce your stress levels.
How long have you been doing this concierge practice model?
We have been physically embedded in medical practices for over 6 years. The pivot to our virtual care model using our TelePractice tool-set occurred at the beginning of the COVID Pandemic.
